this is our highest level of remote 1:1 coaching; here you’ll receive completely personalized programming for your workouts along with a personalized nutrition package. You’ll have regular video goal reviews and check-ins to monitor progress and ensure the fastest results possible.
this is the program we use to assess your baseline fitness, teach you the foundational CrossFit movements, and get you ready to enter group classes! You’ll be meeting 1-on-1 with one of our coaches
includes access to unlimited CrossFit classes and open gym
includes access to up to three (3) CrossFit classes per week
