Our 30-minute and 60-minute personal training sessions are designed for those looking to increase strength, improve technique, prepare for an event, or just prefer a more personal setting.

Whether you just want one session to hone in on a skill or a full personal training plan and schedule to transform your fitness, 1-on-1 coaching is an amazingly effective and efficient way to achieve your individual fitness goals. Your coach will work with you to identify and clarify your goals, assess your movement, and design training specifically targeted at improving your deficiencies and optimizing your strengths, thereby enabling you to achieve your goals as quickly as possible.

Your private coaching experience will be tailored to your specific needs, and will include:
- Mobility exercises to improve and restore joint range of motion
- Skill-based warm-up to prepare for specific movement patterning
- Strength and/or conditioning exercises chosen to specifically achieve your goal
- Custom breakdown of movements to gain efficiency and improve technique
- Post-workout recovery techniques
We highly recommend 30-minute skill sessions to improve technique and movement efficiency. Have a stubborn skill you haven’t yet mastered? Your coach will identify opportunities you have to improve and work towards mastering the movement.
We also recommended personal training if you have been sedentary for a long period of time, are training for a specific sport or event, have significant health limitations, or just prefer the additional attention and accountability.

Brittany Broughton is a CrossFit Level 1 Trainer and Registered Nurse. Brittany has been coaching in the fitness space since 2013. She uses the CrossFit methodology along with her knowledge of the human body and her deep care for her people to get clients the best results. Her favorite part of coaching is the connections she makes with the members! Brittany says that “getting to talk to each person about their goals and then seeing them achieve them and grow their journey is amazing.”
Ryan Robertson is a Certified CrossFit Level 3 Trainer (CCFT) and ACSM Certified Personal Trainer. Ryan has been coaching fitness since 2015, with clients ranging from ages 4 to 64! He uses varied functional movement patterns and specializes in creating custom programs to get clients incredible results. Whether your goal is to lose weight, build muscle or improve performance, Ryan is able to make a plan and get you to your goals.
Blake Johnson is a CrossFit Level 1 Trainer. He attended Roanoke College where he received his degree in Sports Management. Blake got into lifting while performing Olympic lifts during training for High School football season. His passion for coaching people and getting them to their health and fitness goals has evolved from there. His favorite part of being at the gym is seeing the impact fitness has on an athlete’s mood, mindset, and effort. He says it’s inspiring to see on a daily basis!
