ABOUT PROJECT IRON ANGEL

Project Iron Angel is a women’s only strength program that meets once a week and is specifically designed to increase strength and power. Coach Amanda leads the group and is known for her unapologetic female power and is passionate about breaking through women’s perceived limits.

Every Saturday morning at 8am a team of dedicated women train together, set goals together and hold each other accountable to increased performance. Project Iron Angel is a perfect supplement to your current training regimen and is the next step in taking your physique and mental preparedness to an unapologetic level.

Not only will you focus on strength, speed and power movements but also what lies much deeper. Project Iron Angel also brings clarity to maximizing your potential for goals, personal accountability, and understanding the power of belief, discipline, courage, and determination.

CrossFit Athletes

If you are looking to RX workouts, increase your cardio capacity in a whole new way, or simply be more efficient in your movement, this is the program for you.

General Population

If you are looking to supplement your gym routine with movements and equipment that aren’t available or simply need inspiration outside of your norm, this is the program for you.

Pre-Rec

Must have previous lifting experience. To benefit the most from the program you’ll want to already be familiar with back squat, deadlift, shoulder press and bench press.

Be prepared to get dirty. We use equipment like chains, bands, tires, ropes, boxes, wheel barrows, crates, sand bags and sleds to create dynamic workouts. You’ll be training in an authentic garage gym atmosphere that produces results unmatched by any other program.

Investment

The investment is $100/month and we offer a 3-month up front discount option saving you 15%.

A discount of 50% will be given to Unlimited Brickhouse CrossFit athletes.

You can start any time and renew month to month.
