Thank you for your interest in Brickhouse. We are eager to answer any questions you have about our community and share with you how we develop our results driven program.

We offer small group consultations several times a week to get you acclimated with the Brickhouse CrossFit methodology and prepare you to start your training with us.

To ensure you get deserved attention when you come to your first training session, we only bring in a limited number of athletes a week. We understand that you may have to wait a week or two to meet with us. We promise it is well worth the wait.

* You will not be training during your consultation. It is solely a time for us to get to know you better and develop a plan of action to help you meet your goals. We’ll get you set up with your membership at the conclusion of our meeting and then you’ll be all set to attend your first training session with your coach.

*If you are under 18 years old, you must be accompanied by your guardian for the consultation.
