Regardless of membership type you’ll receive:

Every Saturday at 9:15am we host a Novice WOD (Workout Of the Day) which is free and open for anyone who wants to try CrossFit. The WOD is completely scalable to any fitness level making it the perfect opportunity for someone new to CrossFit to participate! After the class we can spend time with you to answer any questions you may have and enroll you in one of our membership options.

Can’t make it on Saturday? Contact us to schedule a time during regular classes to come observe a class and talk with a coach about your goals. We will respond with our available openings for the next week. They do go very fast so we encourage you to respond quickly.

We will enroll you in one of our membership options or specialty programs during a Saturday 9:15am workout or your Private Intro.

Results happen in community. While we hope to be a second family to you, having your family members on board increases your success and is just more fun. The first household member is full price. Others in the household are 25% off.

Military, LEO, Fire, and EMS professions require a board general fitness to be at the top of their game. We proudly train many of our local servicemen and women for 25% off any membership.

30 Day Challenge
designed as an introduction to the type of results Brickhouse provides

1 Month Unlimited Training and Official 30 Day Challenge Participation: $99

Be prepared to take a before and after photo (done privately and does not have to be published) and dive right into your BHC Nutrition Challenge community on Facebook.

Project Iron Angel
designed to develop strength, speed and power in female athletes

1 Month: BHC Members, $50 per month. Others, $100 per month

We train in teams at Brickhouse and find that the superior results our athletes get are often based on their dedication and consistency to our structure. Each team is a time slot on the calendar. For example, 5:30pm is a team and their name is Happy Hour. You’ll be assigned a Home Coach that will be responsible for ensuring you are cared for and are meeting your goals.

We recommend finding a time that will work best with your schedule. If life brings you an up roar, don’t miss your training session. Come at another time and the team will welcome you with open arms.

* We welcome visitors from other CrossFit affiliates at BHC on weekdays only. We typically have some space in our 9:00am, 12:15pm and 4:30pm classes. A cash drop-in fee of $20 is required.

CLASS DESCRIPTIONS

Novice WOD
This workout is designed to introduce you to the CrossFit methodology. The class consists of group warm-up, fun team inspired workout, and discussion about CrossFit and especially the ever popular Brickhouse 30 Day Challenge.

CrossFit Endurance (EWOD)
Coach Neal, Ultra Marathoner, leads two endurance workouts each week free and open to all Brickhouse members. Locations are announced each week on Facebook and are typically held in Roanoke City parks.

CF Competition
This is a class for athletes who are ready to compete in local, regional or worldwide CrossFit competitions. If you are interested in participating see your coach for test in requirements.

Youth Program – CrossFit Kids
