Road to the CrossFit Masters Vol 4: Frustration and Re-focus

The CrossFit Open 2015 at Brickhouse CrossFit, Part 1

There is excitement in the air at Brickhouse lately and it can be attributed to the upcoming 2015 CrossFit Competition Season.
