In today’s information age we move less, sit more, eat poorly, and have a very limited amount of free time.  This chair-borne lifestyle has taken its toll on our bodies, leaving us energy deprived, inefficient and injury prone.  Since most of us lack the necessary knowledge to develop the right fitness program, we often end up spinning our wheels when we do find the time to exercise.

Brickhouse CrossFit takes an innovative, integrated approach towards attaining real world fitness.  Our highly efficient, universally scalable fitness program is the perfect application for any committed individual regardless of experience. Coupled with corrective flexibility techniques, nutritional guidance and ongoing support, your life just got a lot easier.

CrossFit Methodologies
CrossFit works. It’s an evidence based, broad, general, and inclusive fitness program designed to produce optimal competency in physical skills required in both life and sport. The science behind CrossFit makes it superior to any training program available.

Corrective Mobility
Activities of work, sport and life cause us to move differently.  In a world where we constantly sit and produce the same movements, day in and day out, our bodies adapt to our surroundings and create inefficiencies known as muscular imbalances.  Muscle imbalances lead to low quality movement patterns, which ultimately lead to low energy levels, muscular pain and possible injury.  Through the process of assessment our coaches identify these imbalances.  Corrective flexibility strategies are then applied and essential movement patterns are retaught to help restore the body to optimal alignment, both pain and injury free.

Superior Coaches
At BHC coaches are CrossFit certified, but also specialized in other aspects of elite fitness such as strength, endurance training, gymnastics, mobility, and Olympic Lifting. We not only coach your classes but we work with you one-on-one to develop goals and action plans, advise on nutrition, and work with you to ensure your results. On becoming a member of BHC you will be assigned a home coach to work with. Think of it as private training for 1/4 of the price.

Superior Programming
We custom tailor CrossFit programming and maximize every second of your time with us for unparalleled strength and conditioning gains. Whether you train twice a week or five times a week our programming has you in mind.

Community
We are a family style community of people who make fitness a priority. We are young, old, parents, attorneys, engineers, firefighters, nurses, students, former athletes, and never been athletes. We are of all different fitness levels. We all have different goals that brought us here. We encourage each other and push ourselves to be better every day. Facilities
We host some of the top equipment available in the industry for lifting, conditioning and gymnastics. You won’t find machines and gadgets to help trim your thighs or bulk your biceps but you’ll find old-school tools that bring function back to fitness and results to your mind and body.
