January

  • Pull-Up Clinic Series – starts January 11th!
  • 28-Day Nutrition Challenge – kicks off with Nutrition Seminar on the 11th and starts January 13th!

February

  • Martini Mixer – February 8th
  • Valentines – Bring Your Spouse to WOD Day – February 14th
  • Rowing Seminar – Saturday, February 29th

March

  • Bring a Buddy Week – March 6th-14th
  • Rowing Seminar – Saturday, March 7th
