Strict Weighted Pullup x Max(-1) @ 2020
– rest 1-2 min
– choose pullup weight that has you land around 8-10 reps

Teams of 3 row for Max Cals in 12 Min:
– Each Team member completes 10 hard pulls then rotates
– Before returning to rower must complete heavy stone or keg carry
