Events Announced for the 2014 Commonwealth Games – Brickhouse CrossFit Classic

The 2014 Brickhouse CrossFit Classic, part of the Virginia Commonwealth Games, will be a celebration of our sport of fitness. There are throwbacks to Open Workouts 11.1, 12.1, 14.4, as well as classic girl WODs Nancy and Diane and Hero WOD DT.

Each event will be performed as an AMRAP and score will be based on the total reps performed for the set time. Identical to Regional scoring standards, overall placement will be based on the lowest sum of total placements for the day.

Event 1

5 Minutes to Establish 3RM Front Squat pulled from floor

– Squat Clean counts as first rep but is not required
– 1 minute to strip down weights for Event 2 and transition to rower
