Even Minutes: 5 Muscle Ups (sub 5 pulling and 5 pressing reps)

Part B:

On the Minute for 10 Minutes:
Odd Minutes: 15 Russian KB Swing (2 Pood / 1.5 Pood)
Even Minutes: 10 Handstand Pushups

Part C:

On the Minute for 10 Minutes:
Odd Minutes: 15 Burpees
Even Minutes: 30 Double Unders (sub singles the entire minute)
